With 770,941 square feet of gross leasable area and about 4500 parking spaces it is not the biggest outlet mall in New Jersey, but it still attracts about 6 million visitors each year. Considering the mall is only 3,5 miles from the much bigger Garden State Mall this is a great achievement.

Parking at Paramus Mall should not be an issue, as there are nine parking spaces located around the mall. Find your spot nearest to your favorite store, so you won’t have a hard time dragging all those loaded shopping bags into your car.
